As a developer, you will know that to commence construction as soon as possible, planning approval will be required. CPA Planning Design first provides accurate on-site measurements in coordination with Ordnance Survey data to provide you with all the drawings and illustrations you require, regardless of site size. By embracing your inspiration we provide architectural designs and incorporate them to produce a full suite of drawings, from Location & Site Plans to full planning application drawings showing existing and proposed floor plans, elevations and where applicable, street scenes. Local Authorities place key importance on how proposals will fit in context with the surroundings, our drawings will optimise your design to its fullest.


Communication is key once a project is underway, you will be able to contact us on Saturday’s, not only during the working week. From 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm on Saturdays and up to 8pm on Wednesdays, should you or your client not be available during the working day.
